Mixed Use, Apartments, Row Housing, Single Family

Residential

Over the history of the firm we have worked on virtually all types and scales of residential projects from a 108 unit luxury high rise, to a small 2 bedroom mountain cabin. Our work has included custom single family homes designed for inner city sites and for rural acreage sites always designed for the  specific site conditions and to the aspirations of the client. Two projects, one in Fernie, BC, and one in Kimberly, BC, feature mountain architecture with extensive use of timber frame, logs, and stone, and both are designed to allow for multiple phases and an extended construction schedule. We have also completed unique residential / institutional buildings, a hospice and a family crisis shelter, both of which are featured in our special projects section. On going residential work is centered around inner city, mixed use, mid rise projects with a focus on sustainability, new materials, and contemporary Architecture.
