Power Centres, Strip Malls, Retail Stores

Commercial/Retail

From commercial/industrial power centres to retail outlets for entrepreneurs, we have worked on almost every scale of commercial enterprise excepting  shopping centres. Small scale retail outlets for owner operators have included, “Fireworks” jewelers, “The Wine Cottage” at bankers hall, “Marinucci’s” Italian bistro and bakery, and “Scrapbookers”. In addition to these entrepreneurs retail stores, we have designed and developed throughout western Canada, over 80 stores for “Payless Shoe Source”, and over 100 Kiosks and Sales outlets for “Telus Mobility”. Custom retail outlets also have been developed for Heritage Park in Calgary. Included in our portfolio of retail work are small scale strip malls in small town Alberta, and two larger power centres for mixed use retail, office, and industrial use.

“Gowling and Gibb did an outstanding job with the project. Their commitment and level of service was impressive, deadlines were met and every detail attended to.”
